How To Use CBD Oil

The Potency of CBD Oil

The potency of CBD oil depends on how much CBD it contains and is commonly (and perhaps confusingly) listed in two different ways: as a percentage and by weight.

By Percentage:

  • 10% CBD - the oil contains 10% CBD.

By Weight:

  • 1000mg CBD - there’s 1000mg of CBD in the oil regardless of how much is in the bottle. A larger bottle doesn’t mean more CBD; it's the same amount diluted in more oil.

Our CBD is supplied diluted into 10ml of natural hemp oil in the following weights:

  • 300mg (Light)
  • 500mg (Medium)
  • 1000mg (Strong)

Usage: Our CBD oil is taken under the tongue; this delivery allows the oil to be absorbed by the capillaries in the mucus membranes and directly into the bloodstream. To take CBD oil, hold it under the tongue for one to two minutes so that the mucous membranes can absorb the cannabinoids. This bypasses the digestive system and liver. The compounds reach your bloodstream and interact with the endocannabinoid system within minutes.

Is there a charge for delivery?

Enjoy complimentary delivery for online orders exceeding £30; otherwise, standard delivery is £3.95, and next day delivery is available for £4.95.

How soon will my order be dispatched?

Our goal is to ship all orders placed before 12 pm on the same day. Orders received after 12 pm may still be processed, but they are likely to be dispatched on the following working day.

Is it possible to return an item?

Certainly! Benefit from our hassle-free 60-day return policy. If the item is faulty, we cover the return costs. However, if it's a change of mind, the return cost is on you. For returning goods, we recommend using a tracked or recorded service.

Refunds are issued only after inspecting items to ensure they are in a saleable condition, unused, and unopened. Please note that returns for opened cosmetic or food products cannot be accepted due to health and hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty.

Can I exchange my order?
