Is there a charge for delivery?

Enjoy complimentary delivery for online orders exceeding £30; otherwise, standard delivery is £3.95, and next day delivery is available for £4.95.

How soon will my order be dispatched?

Our goal is to ship all orders placed before 12 pm on the same day. Orders received after 12 pm may still be processed, but they are likely to be dispatched on the following working day.

Is it possible to return an item?

Certainly! Benefit from our hassle-free 60-day return policy. If the item is faulty, we cover the return costs. However, if it's a change of mind, the return cost is on you. For returning goods, we recommend using a tracked or recorded service.

Refunds are issued only after inspecting items to ensure they are in a saleable condition, unused, and unopened. Please note that returns for opened cosmetic or food products cannot be accepted due to health and hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty.

Can I exchange my order?

Absolutely! The same 60-day policy applies for exchanges. If your item is faulty and you wish to exchange it, contact us, and we'll arrange it at our expense. If it's a change of mind, there might be additional charges, but we are happy to assist.
